As of May 25, 2018, the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data – Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, which establishes the rules on the protection, processing and free movement of personal data of natural persons and which applies directly to all entities that process such data, in any Member State of the European Union, namely Portugal, became applicable.

Within the scope and for the purposes of the services that the Cardoso Group provides, to the extent that it determines the means of processing and the purposes, it is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data, and is also responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of such data, acting in accordance with the law and the new Regulation. In our Privacy Policy, we reiterate this commitment and dedication.
